PRADA
Founded in 1913 by Mario Prada, the brand gained international recognition in the fashion world with the arrival of his granddaughter, Miuccia Prada, in the late 1970s. In 1988, she created her first ready-to-wear line for women, and five years later, the Miu Miu line (a diminutive of Miuccia), which was less expensive and more rebellious. Miuccia Prada is a fashion visionary, even if the term is often overused; she helped shape the style of the late 1990s, with its military influences and oversized clothing. Since 2020, she has worked alongside Raf Simons, and each of their collections has become a true artistic dialogue around elegance and femininity.
