The marvelous idea of Marie-Laure Pollet and Ollivia Berdah, the two creators of Fruttini by MO, is to frost all the fruit, the way we used to do it with lemons and oranges. Thanks to them, the fruit platters take on a festive look with, depending on the season, almost all the existing varieties: fig, rhubarb, chestnut, coconut, banana, tomato, pineapple, cocoa pod, melon, watermelon, peach, apricot, leetchi, blood orange, Marrakech lemon, strawberries… all are to be shared or enjoyed in one bite.
