LES OMBRES
On the roof of the Musée du Quai Branly, Les Ombres overhangs all Paris, with the Eiffel Tower as a magic lantern. The decoration is signed by Jean Nouvel, as for the building. The cooking is a clever mixture of traditional flavors, of cuisine nouvelle and of inspirations coming from abroad.
