For the past ten years, Nadège Vanhee has been breathing new life into minimalist modernity at HERMES while paying homage to the house’s heritage. Noble materials, chic and sensual cuts, nods to the famous Hermès Orange that we adore, and a highly successful color palette. She dresses the modern, urban woman in comfortable, elegant, and undeniably chic clothing.
Since 1831, the company Deyrolle has presented collections of insects and shells, naturalized animals of all kinds, natural curios and educational material for natural science teaching, among which are the famous “Planches Deyrolle” (Deyrolle’s plates). We will find many original ideas to embellish or create decors.
For Yves Saint Laurent, the Left Bank was not just a place or a fragrance, but above all a state of mind. Today, we can no longer fully grasp the seismic impact of the opening of the Saint Laurent Rive Gauche boutique in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in 1966. Yet it was the first time a major couturier had created a ready-to-wear collection, and it was a true revolution in the world of fashion. Yves Saint Laurent took two great prides in his work: having established a genuine dialogue with women by refusing to impose a style on them, and having transposed masculine garments such as the tuxedo, the trench coat, the pea coat, and the safari jacket into a feminine universe, imbuing these garments with femininity and seduction, without any hint of androgyny. After Tom Ford (2000-2004), Stefano Pilati (2004-2012) and Hedi Slimane (2012-2016), it is now the Italian-Belgian Anthony Vaccarello who directs the collections of the House.
Considered one of the most atypical and avant-garde designers of his generation, Martin Margiela founded his Maison twenty-five years ago. From 2015 to 2025, John Galliano served as its artistic director, who has now entrusted it to Glen Martens, an Antwerp designer like Martin Margiela, who, while retaining some of the Maison’s original codes, continues an almost conceptual and always innovative adventure.
Working beside Pierre Hermé for three years, Claire Damon realised that her sensitivity could become the guiding principle to produce a cake and an emotion. She went on to work at Ladurée before joining the brigade de cuisine of Le Bristol and of the Plaza Athénée and met David Granger, known to be on an endless quest for the ideal bread. Together they launched this shop mixing the best of their worlds.

Design, architecture, photography, fine arts, fashion…situated inside the Hermès boutique rue de Sèvres, the Chaîne d’encre bookshop is a quiet corner where epicureans will find an extremely well crafted book selection.
Inès wanted her place to be like a joyful mess mixing her own creations and the objects she loves. As for clothes, we get her inimitable chic and timeless style as well as her friend Fifi Chachnil’s lingerie garments. Then there are jewels, tableware, gadgets, pareos, olive oil, and guess what? You can also find brooms.

Angelina, rue de Rivoli’s iconic pastry shop has finally crossed the Seine to open a new store rue du Bac, between the rue de Varennes and the rue de Babylone. Now we can enjoy the signature Mont Blanc and Saint Honoré although we would have travelled the world to get them anyway.
A chic, Parisian style, with urban colors and cuts, that has dressed women all over the world for nearly sixty years. After Céline Vipiana, the brand’s creator, known for the famous loafers and knit blouses with the “double C” logo, Peggy Huynh-Kin was appointed Artistic Director by Bernard Arnault when LVMH acquired CELINE in 1987. Michael Kors, Roberto Menichetti, Ivana Omazic, Phoebe Philo, and Hedi Slimane succeeded her before the surprise arrival of Michael Rider, who had already worked for the House alongside Phoebe Philo from 2008 to 2018.
Hugues Pouget, former Chef pastry cook at Guy Savoy did not want to sell his cakes the same way as in a simple cake shop. His concept is that around three permanent flavors, chocolate, vanilla and caramel, he adds to his creations seasonal products as combawa, litchi, pineapple, followed in the summertime by strawberry, cherry, peach, apricot, cherry plum or fig from Solliès. So here one will find caramel or exotic fruits mille feuilles, and blood orange cream in his éclair.
