MAR’CO

The closure of Colette and its Water Bar had left some orphans. But its creator Marc Giami had the good idea to create Mar’co with the same concept: a gourmet selection of the best Parisian designers. On the menu we therefore find the Caesar salad and its famous Costes sauce, the Rostoff Moscow from Petrossian, pasta with bottarga from Memmi, the croque-monsieur from Sébastien Gaudard or the Mazaltov, cheese cake 0% signed Jean-Paul Hévin, but also the pastries of Ladurée and Angelina. As at Colette, no reservations at Mar’co.
