At the Jules Verne, we are delighted to become a tourist again, because the place and the view are unforgettable. Even the décor designed by Patrick Jouin (the designer of our velibs !) seduces us, but we should not forget the food of Alain Ducasse, who has, paying tribute to the national monument, created a very French menu, both traditional and modern, in collaboration with the Chef Pascal Féraud. Let us embark for a wonderful journey at a height of 125 meters above the City of Light.
